About Us

Hunter Smith Associates entered into business in 1981 and grew to a fourteen person firm focusing in Residential and Commercial projects for both new construction and renovation. Our approach to projects has always been to create exceptional space while looking to meet the client's goals and budget constraints. It is often better to make space flow and be more functional without necessarily building bigger.
Mr. Smith is now operating as a Sole Practitioner out of the desire to focus his attentions on design work and construction management as opposed to the operation of a large practice.
